Really recommend Tamer and the team at Fernside. I called up Tamer as a new customer after hearing great reviews from multiple different colleagues at my work. I explained that my car had been diagnosed with a few issues from another garage and was being quoted a large amount. I called up Tamer to get a second and trusted opinion. He was super friendly and accomodating and told me to bring in the car ASAP and he’d check everything for me. He was honest about the work that needed doing and gave me a fair price. He went above and beyond. I trust the quality of his work and the fairness of the price. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone else. Came in for a blue slip, and they identified an engine mount issue with my car, and acted quickly to order replacement parts, replace them, and also helped service my car. Professional work, great customer service, and my car now runs very smooth! Will be back as a customer for the yearly car service! These guys really are the best. Came to Tamer and his team on a recommendation from a friend, with our old car leaking oil in between school holiday road trips...juuuuust a bit stressed I may have to cancel all plans and make people forfeit flights to meet us. The guys were assuring, efficient, clear in communications and costs, turned the significant repair around in a day, along with a courtesy safety check of brakes and the like. When I came back  2 weeks later reporting the leak was still present, without hesitation they had my car in that day and fixed it no charge- wouldn't accept my offer to pay for parts even. So rare to find  this level of care and responsibility with repair work in any trade. Thanks guys! Much appreciated, not just for fixing the car but fixing my faith in humanity.
